ArrestaPest (Gidding) Limited was founded by Chris Stapleton in 1988. Ian Stapleton joined the company in 1991 and Arrestapest became a partnership jointly run by the father and son team, becoming a limited company in 2001.

Chris started to take a smaller role in the running of the business and worked part time for a period before fully retiring in 2009.

Ian is fully trained and certified through the BPCA in all aspects of pest control and holds over 30 years ‘hands-on’ experience in the sector. As a highly trained operative, he attends regular seminars, trade events and training updates as well as gaining CPD points through the Basis Prompt scheme, being a member of the NPTA and an affiliate member of BPCA.
